Deed Restrictions

In order to keep Town Park looking great, and to preserve your property value, the Declarations provided in your Association documents must be enforced by the management company and your Board of Directors. The Declarations are enforced by way of a monthly inspection completed by the management company, followed by deed restriction violation letters to those homes with violations. If the violation letters go unanswered or the violations remain uncured, legal action may be taken by the Association’s attorney.
